Metro Aquatic Club of Miami (MAC) is a year-round USA Swimming sanctioned competitive swim team in Miami, Florida. We provide high quality professional coaching and stroke technique instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether your athlete is new to the sport or training for high school, Junior Olympic, or national-level competition, our goal is to help every swimmer improve, gain confidence, and reach his or her full potential.
