Welcome to the 2025 Swim & Dive Season! The 2025 Swim and Dive Meet schedule is available under the Meets & Events tab. The Cool Dell Swim & Dive Board takes great pleasure in extending a warm welcome to our first-time team members and we are very excited to welcome back our returning team members. We have a great coaching staff and look forward to building C-Dragon team camaraderie, team spirit, good sportsmanship and of course personal best skills and times. This year Coleen Sumner and Ted Faulhaber are returning as co-head coaches. Brian Faddis is returning as our head dive coach. Cool Dell will be competing in the Manuel Division of the Gateway Swimming & Diving Conference. The swim team will compete against Missouri Athletic Club, Lake of the Woods, Washington, Lake Chesterfield and Cedarmill. The dive team will compete against Lindgate, Missouri Athletic Club, Pacific, Riverbend and Seven Pines.

Please note: For the safety of the children, all swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool, without stopping, on the first day of practice. Please see the Registration Packet for specifics. 8 & under swimmers can expect to swim 10 - 25 lengths of the pool daily during practice. 9 & over swimmers can expect to swim at least 40 lengths of the pool during practice. New swimmers, age 11+ must be proficient in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke). If your child cannot meet these expectations, the pool offers group swim lessons. Details of the group swim lesson program will be available on the pool's website.
