Flying Dolphins Win 3rd Place over all at the Newburgh Sharks Invitational
Flying Dolphins continue to swim to success. Congratulations on an awesome team effort placing THIRD over all at the 25th annual
Newburgh Sharks-Blue & Gold Meet. 33 Swimmers competed at the Newburgh meet. 70% of all the races were all personal best times, and 4 new team records.
8&Under Girls Won 1st place in the 100 Free relay. Congratulations to:
Alexandra Feigin, Elizabeth Van Dyke, Maya Milrod and Emily Weiss.
9&10 Girls won 1st place in the 200 Medley relay. Congratulations to: Gabi Sheybani, Natalie Brickman, Lucy Elliot and Lexi Fried.
9&10 Boys won 1st place in the 200 free relay. Congratulations to: Devon French, Ryan Green, Alec Khan and Morgan Wolfe.
11&12 Girls relays were super. Relay A won 1st in both the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay and Relay B finished 2nd in the 200 medley relay and 4th in the 200 free relay. Congratulations to: Molly Brickman, Carly Fried, Emmanuelle Gers, Skye Barclay, Amy Hoskon, Sophie Siegel, Sabina Lowitt, Leta Giordano and Jessica Weiss.
Individually in the HIGH PIONT TROPHY: Molly Brickman (12) won 1st place in the 11-12 Girls age group. Morgan Wolfe (10)won 1st placein the 9-10 Boys age group.Emily Weiss (7)won 1st placein the Girls 8&Under age group.This award is given to the athlete who has accumulated the most points throughout the course of the meet. Way to go Guys ;)
It was a real team effort with no less than 33 swimmers scoring in this meet. Thanks to all swimmers and parents for this excellent performance.
