Carly Fried Shines at the 2010 Eastrer Zone Championships

 Flying Dolphin sent ONE swimmer to the Easter Zone Championships in Rochester , NY . April (1-3, 2010)

Swimming as part of the Metropolitan LSC Team she did an outstanding job representing Metro and Flying Dolphin.

Day 1: Carly Fried swam the 50 Breast with a time of 33.98 finishing TOP 16^th

Day 2: She placed 16^th again in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:14.56

Last day of the competition, Carly pulled an awesome swim in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:38.26 Dropping over 2 seconds and placing 14^th.

Carly Fried Competed well against the best age group in the east. Way to represent :)
