Great Swims at Jo's

 
Four Flying Dolphins Swimmers competed well at the Junior Olympic Championships this past weekend.

Sappha O'meara had her best performance of the year at Jo's finishing top 8th over all in the 100 breast  and10th place in the 50 breast . Sappha qualified to represent Metropolitan Team in both the 50 and 100 breast in the Long Course EasternZone. This brings us to FIVE Flying Dolphins Swimmers making Zone Team Cuts in the LC season. Way to go Dolphins.

Emily Weiss had two best times at the meet dropping her 50 breast and 100 back. Great Job Emily

Jessica Weiss finished 22 in the 50 breast with a time of 41.25. way to go Jessica

Morgan Wolfe swam the last day of the meet, competing in the 200 Im and 200 Back. way to go Morgan
