Solid Show at the LIE October Fest Meet

Outstanding meet Flying Dolphins!!! 46 swimmers racked up an impressive 153 personal best times while breaking 9 team records.

Our athletes looked very strong in the water. There were many high performance swims from all training groups and swimmers of all ages.

Thanks to the parents for making sure swimmers were on time for warm-ups.

We have left 15 days to the Big Apple Classic Meet in Flushing, 35 days for the TYR meet in PA, and 43 days for the Second Chance Invitational in Lehman College .

We see each day… as another day to get better and faster!!!
