YFD Swimmers Shine at Zone Quals

The YFD swimmers splashed in amazing performances this past weekend at the 2014 Metro Zone Quals.

Each day, we had the opportunity to see some awesome swimmers! We are very proud of the kids and their efforts.

Congratulations to the following swimmers who competed against 57 teams and earned their spot on the Metro All-Star Zone Team that will be competing in the Eastern Zone All-Star Championships March 27-30 in Rochester, NY

Jessica Weiss:  Zone Quals Champion in the 400 IM with a lifetime best of 4:41.40  

Emily Weiss: 2^nd place in the 100 Breast (lifetime best 1:10.14), 3^rd place in the 50 Breast (lifetime best 32.61) and 3^rd place in the 100 IM (lifetime best 1:03.76)

YFD swimmers on the podium:

Gavin Green: 5^th Place in the 50 Free (lifetime best 28.53) & 7^th Place in the 200 Free (lifetime best 2:18.14)

Carly Feinblatt: 4^th Place in the 500 Free (lifetime best 5:22.50)

Devon French: 7^th Place in the 100 Fly (lifetime best 58.02)
