YFD Swimmers Selected to attend Metro Senior All-Star Training Trip in Stamford

Four YFD swimmers will be heading to Chelsea Piers in Stamford, CT April 17-20 for the Third-Annual Metropolitan Swimming Sponsored 13&over Metro All-Star training trip. The trip will feature the top ”up and coming” young swimmers in the Metropolitan Conference. The camp will be run by Olympic Coach Sergio Lopez of the Bolles School and Two Time Olympic Bronze Medalist Peter Vanderkaay.

The camp will cover not only training methodology but mental preparation for meets, diet, swimming in college and selecting the ideal school.
