Emily Weiss brings home a USA Sectional Cut from the 2014 Showcase Elite Champs

Finishing off the Short Course season in incredible fashion; Emily Weiss traveled to Clearwater, Florida to compete in the 2014 Age Group Showcase Elite Championships this past weekend. Emily had a fantastic meet with many lifetime best times achieved, including 6 new team records and Metro Top 10 performances, but the big story of the weekend came during the Finals of the 200 Breaststroke on Friday night when Emily raced to her first USA Sectional Qualifying Cut with a blazing time of 2:29.00. Emily opened up her first 100 in a swift 1:10.88.
