I am deciding between business and statistics.

My favorite memory was the training trip a couple years ago. It was super fun and challenging and I made a lot of my best friends there. We still talk about it to this day.

100x100s from the training trip

I don’t have a coach story but the fun traditions we do as a group that Naomi made (writing the positive post-its, 10x50s, impossible kick set) are something I always look forward to.
7) If you could go back in time and tell yourself something as a younger swimmer, what would it be?
Have fun and don’t take swimming too seriously!
8) How did you balance academics and being a competitive swimmer?
Being productive and not wasting time during breaks in school so that I could go to practice later.
9) What is your favorite pre-meet meal?
Probably a sandwich and apple sauce
10) What is your favorite event and why?
I like the 100 fly because you can challenge yourself by sprinting the whole thing but you don’t die like the 200 fly.
11) What is your proudest accomplishment to date?
Dropping a lot last year after plateauing for a couple years is something I didn’t think was possible.
12) Do you have any advice for the younger swimmers on the team who might want to swim collegiately?
Don’t be afraid to reach out to coaches- they’re there to support you through the process.
