Tumbling Classes are based on ability level and are designed to meet the needs of each athlete's specific tumbling skills. These classes will help athletes progress through a pre-set list of skills that are most commonly required in the choreography of a cheer routine.
Beginner: Rolls, Cartwheels, Lunge/Needle Kicks
Level 1: Strong Cartwheels, Round-offs, Handstands, Backbends, and Backbend kickovers.
Level 2: Round-offs, Handstand-Forward Rolls, Back walkovers, Front walkovers
Must have strong cartwheel and Backbend prior to class.
Level 3: Back walkover variations/connections, Back Handsprings, Power Round-offs
Must have Back walkover or Front walkover prior to class.
Level 4: Handsprings, Tucks, Connecting skills.
Must have Back Handspring or Front Handspring prior to class.
