USA Swimming Member Registration

Registration Procedure

All officials registrations must be completed via USA Swimming's SWIMS 3.0 / Online Member Registration platform.

If you are attached to a club, contact your club registrar for further instructions.

If you are not attached to a club, begin the unattached registration process by clicking this link.

Transfer Information

Transfers are now initiated online via USA Swimming's SWIMS 3.0 / Online Member Registration platform.

To initiate a transfer:

1. Log-in to the USA Swimming website (http://hub.usaswimming.org)
2. Select "General Info" under the "Account" section of your dashboard
3. Select the "General" tab, and then select the "Club Transfer" menu pill
4. Complete the on-screen form and submit

All transfers are subject to Michigan Swimming approval. Transfers are only effective after approved.

The transfer fee will be billed to the receiving club, unless you are transferring to unattached. There is no fee for transferring to unattached.
