The Haines Dolphins Swim Team seeks a part-time Head Coach for the 2024 – 2025 season, Aug. 15 – May 1.

We are looking for an enthusiastic coach who can make swimming fulfilling and relevant for both competitive and recreational youth swimmers!

The Head Coach is responsible for coaching youth swimmers ages 5-18 of all experience levels; overseeing the swim program’s assistant coaches; and performing program administration duties.

Familiarity with USA Swimming software, safety training requirements, and other protocols for coaches, athletes, and swim meet administration is a plus.

The position is structured at 20-25 hours a week, including some weekends, and an average of 20 travel days per season for away meets.

Wage $25-$30/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a $1000 end-of-season completion bonus.
