Practice Schedule - Week of 9/22/2025

Hello MLAC family,

Attached you will find the full pool schedule for all MLAC groups. As you find your group label, you will see the general focus for each practice. This will give some insight into our coaching staff’s plan for the week and help you prepare accordingly. Schedules can also be found on the MLAC Home Page >> SportsEngine tab >> scroll down to “Latest News”

Meets

• 1st Splash entries have been submitted. Thank you for your patience as we fine tune the new registration process.  
• You can find the tentative short course meet schedule here.

Groups

• Masters
  • Please remember to sign up for the FLYING FISH HEADS FALL FESTIVAL on October 26^TH, 2025. Registration closes 10/23/2025.
• Trident Games Intrasquad ‘Meet’ this week!
  • We will be holding an intrasquad meet (MLAC only) this Friday, September 26^th
  • Meet will begin at 6:30 pm
    • MLAC athletes participating in MTLSD Middle School swimming are welcome to stay
    • Senior group will discuss on Monday
    • Junior / AG2 / AG1 will have a shifted practice schedule
    • Developmental athletes are encouraged to participate, not mandatory
  • Opportunity to see all athletes together – allow our older athletes to share their knowledge with the younger athletes and have fun as a whole team!  
• Blue Steel has made a run to the top with last week's performances... we still have a lot of time left in the season!

• Team / Individual Pictures this week
  • Wednesday 9/24 @ 5:30 pm
  • Developmental athletes will not be getting in the water for swim practice as it is not a scheduled practice day.
• Nutrition Presentations
  • Case Specific Nutritionists will be joining us to discuss proper fueling and hydrations practices for student-athletes. These meetings will be open to athletes in the Masters, Senior, and Junior groups and any/all parents only. After the presentations are complete, any information given by Case Specific will be shared with the entirety of MLAC.
• Pumpkin Patch Parade
  • October 25^th at 11:00 AM. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to stand together and share our team’s pride with the community. We will send out more information soon!
