Attached you will find the full pool schedule for all MLAC groups. As you find your group label, you will see the general focus for each practice. This will give some insight into our coaching staff’s plan for the week and help you prepare accordingly. Schedules can also be found on the MLAC Home Page >> SportsEngine tab >> scroll down to “Latest News”

Meets

  • 1st Splash at Peters Township this weekend! More information to come.
    • Saturday & Sunday AM: 11-12 Girls / 10&under Boys and Girls – 8:35am (meet start)
    • Saturday & Sunday PM: 11-12 Boys / 13&over Boys and Girls – 1:35pm (meet start)
  • You can find the tentative short course meet schedule here.

Groups

  • Masters
    • Please remember to sign up for the FLYING FISH HEADS FALL FESTIVAL on October 26TH, 2025. Registration closes 10/23/2025.
    • We will be offering a morning practice this Thursday 10/2 due to the holiday.
    • No practice Saturday 10/4 due to SAT
  • Senior
    • Nutrition presentation this Monday 9/29 at 5:00pm
    • Adjusted practice for Thursday 10/2. MTLSD student-athletes will practice 7:00-9:00am due to no school. Out of district student-athletes will practice 5:00-7:00pm.

Additional Info

  • Nutrition Presentations
    • Case Specific Nutritionists will be joining us to discuss proper fueling and hydrations practices for student-athletes. These meetings will be open to athletes in the Masters, Senior, and Junior groups and any/all parents only. After the presentations are complete, any information given by Case Specific will be shared with the entirety of MLAC.
  • Pumpkin Patch Parade
    • October 25th at 11:00 AM. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to stand together and share our team’s pride with the community. We will send out more information soon!

Thank you to everyone who participated and cheered at the full-team Trident Cup games this past Friday. It was awsome to see all the smiles and excitement on the pool deck! There was a shake up with the scores and we have a new leader in town.. Green Machine!! Until next time!
