Practice Schedule - Week of 11/3/2025

Hello MLAC family,

I hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend. Our “Kick-or-Treat” Halloween Trident event was full of exciting chaos! Teams were awarded with points for teamwork, creativity and enthusiasm. All groups racked up lots of points. Blue Steel found their way to the top again! Way to go!

Meets

• Mini/Distance Meet 11/14-16. We review meet preparation with all groups this week and next.
• You can find the tentative short course meet schedule here.

Groups

• Senior
  • No school for MTLHS Monday and Tuesday so practice time is adjusted. Dryland on Monday will be done on the pool deck and can be done in suits, feel free to bring an extra pair of shorts for comfort.
  • Please bring extra snacks and fluids for during and after all practices. Fueled swimmers = happy swimmers = successful swimmers :) 
  • Non-MTLSD will have practice from 5:00-7:00pm both days. Feel free to join in the morning option if off/available.
• Junior
  • All Saturday practices are optional. All Junior members are welcome.
