Practice Schedule - Week of 11/24/2025

Hello MLAC family,

I apologize for the delayed weekly email. MLAC hit the road with a group of our Senior athletes participating in the OH Senior Meet at Bowling Green State University. Our athletes had a great weekend of racing with a lot of new best times and overall fun swimming!

Schedule Updates

  • Wednesday, November 26^th – Sunday, November 30^th
    • Facilities are closed due to holiday.
  • Supplementary workouts will be sent later in the week for those interested.
• Senior Group
  • Posted schedule is for MLAC (club) swimming. This is separate from MTLHS VARSITY swimming. Please refer to Coach Donati via Remind for Varsity practice schedule.
