Practice Schedule - Week of 12/15/2025

Hello MLAC family,

Congratulations to the athletes who competed this weekend at the TPIT Annual Christmas meet. We have one more afternoon session for our 12& unders and will wrap up with finals tonight!

Another BIG congratulations to Senior level swimmer, Rinzen Sherpa for competing at USA Swimming Junior Nationals this past week! Rinzen and Coach Aidan traveled to Indianapolis, IN to represent MLAC at the national level. This honor is a testament to all the hard work and dedication he has put in over the past months, in and out of the water. Rinzen swam the 100/200 Breaststroke and 200/400 Individual Medleys. He earned best times in all events! Congratulations, Rinzen!

• Progress reports for each athlete will be sent before the new year to help.
  • Fall Developmental athletes should have already received their report. Please let me know if you did not.
  • AG1, AG2, and Junior members will receive their report by the end of the month.
