INTRO TO COMPETITIVE SWIMMING
Intro to Competitive Swimming is for swimmers who are not yet able to complete a full 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers will learn the basics of swimming, work towards being able to complete 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke on their own, learn how to dive and begin learning butterfly and breaststroke as well. 

Practice Times:
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 PM

BRONZE
The bronze training group is for swimmers, who can successfully complete 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke without stopping or touching the bottom of the pool. In this group swimmers will learn the fundamentals of competitive swimming and how to perform all four strokes legally, as well as dive and learn flip turns. 

Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:00 PM

SILVER
Our silver level training group is for intermediate level swimmers who are working to build more strength and endurance in the pool while continuing to master stroke technique and other competitive swimming skills such as starts and turns.

Practice Times: Mondays & Fridays 6:00-7:30 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-6:30 PM

GOLD
Swimmers in this group can swim all four strokes legally, have higher strength and endurance and have mastered all basic foundational skills. They will continue to work on aerobic development, while also enhancing advanced stroke technique, race strategy, mental readiness, goal setting and leadership skills.

Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00-8:00 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-7:00 PM. ***Swimmers in 7th and 8th grade should plan to attend the 3:00-5:00 PM after school practice until mid November.***

Addition Gold Group Options
 
7th & 8th Grade GOLD: This option is only available for 7th and 8th grade swimmers who will be participating in middle school swimming for their district teams during the months of April and May.

High School GOLD: This option is for swimmers who do high school swimming in the winter for their district teams. You are not charged for December, January or February.

PLATINUM 
Platinum is for swimmers who are committed to continuing athletic development and competitive participation. This group is ideal for athletes who are focused on strong performances in middle school, high school, local and national championship club meets, and summer league swimming. Training will focus on refining core stroke techniques, building aerobic and race endurance, developing smart race strategies and athlete mental health. 
 
Practice Times: Monday - Friday 3:00-5:15 PM and Saturdays 8:00-10:00 AM. ***Once the varsity season starts mid November any swimmers who are not in high school to switch to the evening practice schedule. (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00-8:15 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-7:15 PM.)***

HIGH SCHOOL PRESEASON 
This group is for swimmers who want to get in shape for the upcoming varsity season under the guidance of USA Swimming–certified coaches.
