In addition to coming to see the coaches before and after all his races, he also does a great job at encouraging his teammates at meets and at practice too. Grant has also had a great season so far, achieving 4 State times in his first full season in the 11-12 age group, with hopefully more to come.

Her race was one of the best split distance races this season, swimming 5:10 on the first 500 and 5:09 on the second 500. This was sensational as her best time in the 500 free is a 5:07. She also improved her 200 breaststroke significantly which will further strengthen her 400 IM. Ava had 100 % attendance in January and is one of the hardest workers in the group.
