Most outstanding females:

Haley Mueller- New Futures cut  200 back best time 100 back

Ava Elliott- New Futures 1650 best time in the 500 free and new Sectionals in 200 free.

 

Most outstanding male:

Caleb Wehmeir- Four best times and first sectional cut in 200 back

Trey Hesser-Futures cut in the 500 free

Senior Two and Senior Three Highlights

S2 swam well at SR State, with every swimmer in the group achieving at least 1 lifetime best time. Swimmers who scored points that contributed to our overall 3rd place finish are Piper Rietz (15th 1650 FR) and Natalie Huddart (200 & 400 FR Relay, 400 Medley Relay).
 
Standout swims from this meet are:
-Reese Carpenter with a 6 sec drop in the 400 IM to go 4:49.
-Carley Codney with a 1.5 sec drop in the 100 BR to go 1:11.85
-Eric Herrera with a 4 sec drop in the 200 BR and 8 sec drop in the 500 FR
-Natalie Huddart achieved best times in 5 of 6 events, most notable swimming a 55 in the 100 FR 3 times over the weekend, 1:11 100 BR, and a 4:58 400 IM
-Ryan La Ra dropping 1.5 sec to go 58.29 in the 100 BK
-Eli Neeley with a 12 sec drop in the 400 IM (4:36), 5 sec drop in the 200 BK (2:11), and 5 sec drop in the 100 BK (59:57)
-Piper Rietz with a 7 sec drop in her 1000 FR and an 18 sec drop in her 1650 to go 18:45
 
Notably, 2 swimmers from S3, Katie Hansen and Madison Ricks, qualified and raced at Senior State. Katie raced in 3 events, and Madison raced in 4, earning 4 best times and a 15 sec drop in her 1000 FR.
