Gold Medal Swimmers race the 400im and 1650!
Lots of first time swims for the 400im and the 1650 last weekend...and some outstanding swims too! Here are the results from the meets:

AG1/2 had some great swims at the distance events this past weekend, with most of them swimming these tough events for their first time!

S2 swimmers had an awesome weekend at the 400 IM and 1650 meets. These meets were great opportunities for swimmers to race events not offered during high school season, update old times, and see how they are responding to training as we head into High School State. It was also Benji’s first meet swimming with Gold Medal - it’s great having you on the team! Even though we are in the middle of hard training, we had many best times and two new State cuts:
400 IM
Bruss Bowman: 12 second drop (4:48.70)
Taylor Downey: 17 second drop (5:04.45)
Faith Fletcher: 6 second drop and new State cut (4:51.64)
Ryan Munoz: 23 second drop (4:45.63)
