GOLD wins Regionals!
Congratulations to all who competed at Regionals! Here is the synaposis of each group given by their coaches:
Age Group 2
I cannot think of a better overall group performance than what we had at the Regionals Champ. AG2 did an outstanding job. Even in the cold raining day!!
The group raced well over the weekends and produced strong finishes within the 10 & under and 11-12 age groups. As a group we achieved 142 life best times on 185 attempts had 10 new State cuts. In addition, we had 4 swimmers who were the first time state qulify. I was most proud of the improvements we made on our walls. Turns, streamlines, kickouts, and pullouts were significantly improved. Congratulations to all our swimmers who believe a great attitude and attendance will produce future achievements.

Alex B., Alex G., Piper, Bruss, Evan, and Jacob represented S2 this past weekend at Regionals. All of them did an incredible job - I was especially proud of how everyone raced their heats and made great changes between prelims and finals to go faster at night. Below are some highlights from the meet:
Alex B - BT in the 200 IM and an impressive drop in the 100 FL from prelims to finals
Alex G - 8 second drop in the 200 BR and got his State cut!
Piper - Season best in the 200 FR and an impressive 5:31 in the 500 FR
Bruss - Right on his best time in the 50 FR
Evan – 5 second drop in the 1000 and BT in the 200 FR
Jacob - BT in the 100 FR
Congrats to Alex B, Jacob, and Piper on an awesome season and good luck Alex G, Bruss, and Evan at State!
