May Swimmers of the Month
Age Group 2
Landon Frolov. Landon has had 100% attendance in May, listens well, and focuses on each drill and set he does. Landon improved his times at the May Cray meet doing three best times and earning one regional cut. Landon continues to improve every week. Way to go, Landon!

Kailey Albright! Last month, Kailey stepped up her work ethic and had nearly perfect attendance, even attending additional morning practices with our Senior groups. Kailey consistently works hard, brings 10/10 focus to every workout, and asks for feedback every day and ways to get better. Kailey had an incredible Summer Invite and got new State cuts in the 50 FL, 50 FR, 200 FR, and 400 FR. Congratulations Kailey!

Augie Wilson! At the PHX Summer Invite, Augie achieved best times in every race and new LC State cuts in the 100 BR and 400 FR (with an impressive 28 sec drop!). Augie has great practice attendance, leads his lane, and consistently pushes himself and those around him to work hard. Congratulations Augie and keep up the great work.

Ben George! Ben attended every practice except two this past month, works hard every day, and brings mental focus to all sets. He's shown significant improvements in his underwaters and fly technique. This hard work paid off these past two meets where Ben got new state cuts in the 100 FL, 200 FL, and 400 IM. Congratulations Ben!
Senior 1
Paige Downey-Paige placed third at the TYR Pro meet in the 1500 free, just missing the Olympic Trial qualifying time. She also placed with best times in the 800 free and 400 free at the meet. Paige will be off to Indianapolis for the USA World Championship Trials to swim the 800 free.
Reed Lucero-Reed swam a best time in the 200 breast at the TYR Pro meet and was a 0.1 off his best time in the 100 breast at the same meet. Reed placed in the top 24 in the 200 breast at the meet. Reed will be off to swim at the University of Cincinatti in the Fall.
