Senior One Meet Summary for July and August Championship Competitions
Senior One had many great swims spread over three high level meets in July and early August. These meets included the Sectionals in Des Moines, the Western Senior Zones in Clovis, and the Junior Nationals in Irvine. I have listed below the top performers from each meet.
Paige Downey and Trey Hesser qualifying for the Olympic Trias is a huge accomplishment and hopefully there will be more by next June.

Paige Downey-Four best times including a 3rd place finish and Olympic Trial time in the 1500 free. She placed 9th in the 800 free and 18th in the 400 free.
Trey Hesser-Four best times, including a 6th place finish in the 800 free and Olympic Trial times in the 400 and 800 freestyles. He placed 14th in the 1500, 10th in the 400 free, and 16th in the 200 free.
