Senior One Summer Meet Update

Senior One had great swimming in June and July leading up to the Futures meet last week of July. I will try to recognize most best times and top swims, but I apologize if I miss some, as this report is much later than it should have been. 

The performances at the Narwhal meet were exceptional for the time of the season, the training load and the very early start of the meet.

The Senior State meet results were excellent as the conditions were less than ideal, with the water temperature in the high 80’s for finals and the weather over 110 every day.
