Senior One Wrap-up For Junior Nationals, Tualatin Hills, and Candy Cane Meets
Senior One swimmers participated three meets in December. There were outstanding performances in all three meets.
Junor Nationals
Gold Medal had four women place in finals at the meet. The team placed 16th in women out of 64 teams.
Paige Downey- second in the 1650 and fifth in the 500 free and 12th in the 400 IM all with best times. Paige was our high point swimmer!!
Ellie Kayser- fourth in the 1650 and 18th in the 500 free with best times and a best time in the 200 free
Lorin Tobler-20th in the 100 fly and 23rd in the 200 fly and a best time in 100 back
Reagan Uhlik-23rd in the 400 IM with a best time and best times in the 200 IM and 100 breast
800 free relay-15th place with Paige and Lorin, Reagan, Ellie all doing best times

Sasha best times on the 200 and 400 medley relays in 50 and 100 breast
Grant Kellis best time in the 200 back

Top Swimmers
Caroline Grimsley was the top performer with six best times, followed by Tila Tometich with four best times. Caroline became the fourth girl in the group to break five minutes in the 500 free which is a great accomplishment which winning the event. Tila has significant improvements in the 200 free, 200 fly and 200 back.

Top Swimmers
Mark Khokhlov with six best times had an outstanding meet. He had major improvments in all his events. Lincoln Bellgraph and Porter Ells worth each had five best times. Mark dropped seven seconds in 200 back and two seconds in 200 free and 100 free. Porter dropped 16 seconds in the 400 IM and 23 seconds in the 500 free to have the biggest improvements in the meet. Lincoln dropped almost two seconds in 200 IM and almost four seconds in the 500 free.
