S1 Has Outstanding Swims at the La Mirada Meet

Gold caught some eyes at La Mirada. From other coaches, both club and college. Way to represent this club and group with passion, discipline and energy. 

Top Performances Included:

Liliana - up there with Katie Skarbek for meet of the year

-       First time qualifying for winter junior nationals

-       Earned cuts in 4 events: 500/1000/1650 and 400IM

-       Dropped time prelim to finals in 4/5 events

Kevin earned his first winter juniors cut in the 1650 - dropping 30 seconds 

-       Also did a PB in the 1000 split

Mark went best times in his 4 primary events: 500/1000/1650 and 4IM

-       5 second drops (massive) in 1000 and 500 free

Marley traveled after the state meet and won the 200 back in a best time
