2025 Aqualaps FUNdraising
What a great Aqualaps Kickoff Party! Thank you to everyone who made this event a success. It was so much fun to see all the families who showed up to learn all about Aqualaps FUNdraising, cheer on your swimmers and enjoy some pizza and cake. Congratulations to Team Albrecht for their victory of the Golden Goggle Trophy!
If you were unable to attend the Aqualaps Kickoff Party, your swimmer needs to check in with Coach Scott to get their FUNdraising packet.
Ready to help fundraise but not sure where to start?
1. Set up your child’s Event Fundraising page located on the GSC website. Go to My Account - Event Fundraising - Set-up (located in the center in red). This is where you can upload a picture or add any fun information about why your child loves GSC. Once it is ready click Promote and post it to your social media page, email, or text the link to friends and family! PLEASE NOTE – The money raised on the website does not put your kids into the weekly prize drawing, but it does go towards their overall amount raise.
2. Sign up for the Aqualaps Fundraising table at Super Bear, Safeway, or Foodland. Signups are open and located on the Event page on the website. Tables are available starting this Friday! When you sit at the table, please remind your child they are representing the GSC team. It is important to be kind, smile, and say thank you! If you bring something to offer those who donate, such as baked goods or candy, it may help encourage people to donate too!
3. Go door to door. Go say hello to your neighbors and have the kids explain all the reasons they love to swim and are working hard to help raise money for their team.
4. Corporate Sponsors – Phase 3. All unclaimed reserved businesses will be offered to interested swimmers on a first come, first serve basis. During phase 3 all waitlisted swimmers will be given a business to approach. Many businesses go unclaimed so if you need help finding a corporate sponsor (or two), please contact Tracy at [email protected].

Each week that your swimmer turns in money during one of the Pledge Collection timeframes, their name goes into a drawing for the following week’s prizes. Collection tables are available starting tomorrow downtown!
