Hello Swim Families! Wow, what a great weekend at the pool! I don’t know about you, but I’m exhausted and I didn’t even swim. Shout out to all the parents, families and friends who volunteered this weekend. There are so many moving parts to make that meet run smoothly and we appreciate all of you who pitched in. THANK YOU!!

Aqualaps Litter Pick Up Day - In appreciation and as a thank you to the Juneau community for its generous support during our Aqualaps Fundraising Campaign, GSC swimmers will participate in a litter clean up event. So, when our friends, neighbors and family members make an Aqualaps pledge they are not only supporting GSC and encouraging kids to do their personal best, but they are also making a donation to the beautification of our community.
This year's Aqualaps Litter Pick Up Day will be held at DPAC on Friday, April 19 at 8 am-9:30 am.
All swimmers participating in Aqualaps are highly encouraged to attend the clean-up event. Please wear your GSC logo ware. Swimmers will be accompanied by coaches and parent volunteers. Families welcome!
We need 3 more parent volunteers for this event. If you are interested in assisting then please reach out to our Litter Pickup Coordinator, Amber Tingey, at 907-957-5571. Volunteer hours will be credited.
