Arizona Dolphins Swim Team (AD-AZ) is a year-round, competitive swim team offering a professional, multi-leveled, and tailored swim program to meet the needs of each and every swimmer.

We are a dynamic and growing USA swim team in Verrado, AZ located at The Center on Main.

We emphasize fundamental skills, physical conditioning, productive work habits, character growth, healthy competition, and most of all, enjoyment.  AD-AZ swimmers compete in meets which are held locally, regionally and Nationally.

Arizona Dolphins Swim Team supports Safe Sport. Safe Sport is designed to foster a fun, healthy, and safe environment. Safe Sport is designed to create a safe place for athletes to compete and train.
