YWSF Practice Schedule
Practice is an imperative component to see consistent improvement in swimmers. The coaching staff recommends that our swimmers try to make 80% of workouts a week to see stroke improvement and time drops. Below you will find our current practice schedules. These practice schedules are designed based on group and coach availability.

Inclement Weather Plan
YWSF will use a mass team email/text message to notify membership if the pool closes due to weather. A staff member will stay at the facility until the last athlete is picked up. Please make sure you are always checking your emails/texts in case of weather (primarily during the Monsoon season). You can also always call the YMCA front desk, (623) 935-5193 to check if the pool is closed due to weather conditions.
