Ginna Lewing has spent much of her life in and around the swimming pool as a swimmer, lifeguard, coach, swim lesson instructor, and pool manager. She swam for NRG swimming, Brookside Swim Club, and Pennsbury High School as a youth. Ginna was a talented age group swimmer and high school athlete, competing at the District and State levels in field hockey, swimming, and soccer. As a Pennsbury Falcon, she won a PIAA State soccer championship in 1999 and was a State runner-up during her senior year in 2000. Ginna is extremely passionate about her two favorite sports, swimming and soccer, and she has spent her adult life coaching at the collegiate, high school, and club levels.
Ginna is a USA Swimming certified coach. She has 25 years of swim coaching experience, most of which has been spent on the Brookside Swim Club pool deck, as well as with George School Aquatics and their year-round swim program. Throughout her career as a swim coach, Ginna has worked with numerous swimmers who qualified and medaled at major competitions, including the Junior Olympics, Eastern Zones, Senior Champs, Junior Nationals, Sectionals, YMCA Nationals, and PA HS Districts and States.
Ginna graduated from the University of Delaware and played four years of Division I college soccer as an undergraduate. She then served there as an assistant coach for the next nine years, during which she worked on her master's degree in higher education administration. While Ginna is currently the Bullfrogs Head Swim Team Coach, she is also the Associate Director of Athletics at George School, working with the varsity swimming and soccer teams, as well as leading the George School Aquatics club team.

Becca Samson – Assistant Swim Coach
Becca Samson began her swimming career a bit later than most, but immediately fell in love with the sport the moment she stuck her toe in the water, and the rest is history. She grew up a barracuda on the Newtown Swim Club pool deck, but realized quickly after Newtown closed their doors that she desired to finish out her senior season in the LBSL, and thus, found her way to the Bullfrogs. The rest as they say is history. Since her senior season on the Brookside pool deck 11 years ago, Becca has spent each summer with the Bullfrogs teaching, mentoring, and guiding our young swimmers just as she was taught throughout her career in the Lower Bucks Swim League. Fun comes first, but great sportsmanship, leadership, hard work, and support of others are the characteristics Becca lives by daily, which also seep into and drive the foundations of what we teach at Brookside. Teaching is her expertise, but coaching is a also a big passion, proven by the fact that she leaves Florida each summer to be on the sidelines in Bucks County, PA encouraging her bullfrogs and all of their successes. Becca currently lives in Fort Myers, FL where she is a first grade teacher (by fall/winter/spring). We're thrilled each summer when she agrees to come north and devote her time, heart, and spirit to our Bullfrogs.
