USA Swimming Membership

USA Swimming is excited to start the 2025-26 season with you.

All ATHLETES must self-renew for the 2025-26 season. Starting September 1, you can renew your 2025-26 season membership.

USA Swimming plans to send three emails to prompt athletes/families to renew their membership. These emails will include renewal instructions and a video tutorial. Once you've completed the renewal process, you will receive an email confirming your renewal and will no longer receive reminder emails.

BCP Site (aka SportsEngine or SE) is now integrated with USA Swimming’s new membership process – and there are two ways to find your swimmer's USA Swimming Membership ID # -

1. From the Site (aka Sports Engine)
   1. Log into your Account
   2. Click to view your account details
   3. Click on the “Members” tab, then click on the swimmer’s name
   4. Below the swimmer’s name/phone number, there’s a field called “ID Card #” – this is the new USA Swimming Member ID number.
   5. Alternatively, click on the RED “USAS Membership” tab
      1. New & Old USA Swimming Member ID’s as well as membership expiration dates are available here
      2. If your swimmer does not have USA Swimming Membership, you will see a message “Not Registered”

1. From USA Swimming website – a new USA Swimming Member ID may be generated and emailed to you during the account setup process

Creating a USA Swimming Account

2. Once you’ve created an account, click on our club’s unique registration link to secure a USA Swimming Membership for your swimmers (new or renewal).
3. Returning Swimmers
4. Log into your USA Swimming account: https://hub.usaswimming.org/landing 
5. Click the renewal button on your member dashboard.

   New Swimmers should register using our team’s unique Online Member Registration link.  https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/45B6426D9DCEA8

    

    

   NEW – please complete quickly so you may sign in to swim meets.

   TRANSFERS – USA Swimming’s link above includes a video on how to transfer your swimmer AFTER your new USA Swimming Account is created. 

   RENEWALS – 2024 USA Swimming Memberships expire 12/31/2024, but recommend completing in advance in case you encounter issues.
