Welcome to online registration for the 2025/2026 Short Course Season!
Our first day in the water is Monday, August 11, 2025.

We’re excited to offer a smooth and simple registration process with online account access and electronic payments. Your WETT account gives you access to:

  • Declare for swim meets

  • Sign up for volunteer jobs

  • Track swimmer times

  • Update contact info

  • And much more!

âś… Registration Details

All returning swimmers must be registered before attending practice.
Online registration is now open! Please follow the instructions below:

đź”— How to Register

  1. Visit wettelpaso.com

  2. Click on “Team Registration” under the logo, then select the green registration button

  3. Returning families: Your info will carry over from previous seasons

  4. New families: Create a new account

Note: Only one parent/guardian can manage the swimmer’s account. A second parent can be given view-only access (not tied to billing or meet sign-ups).

  • Confirm all emails and phone numbers are accurate

  • The email used to sign in is the primary contact email

  • Add additional emails (e.g., for your swimmer or co-parent)

  • Use consistent phone numbers across all contact fields

Returning Swimmers

  • Check the box next to each swimmer

  • Confirm their preferred name and shirt size

  • Update medical notes, allergies, or medications

New Swimmers

  • Click “Add Swimmer” on the top right of the form

Group Selection

  • Senior Group – Training with Coach Vianney

  • Junior Group – Training with Coach Alex

  • Gold Group – Developmental swimmers

  • Silver Group – Beginner swimmers

đź’ł Payment Information

  • Credit card or eCheck only – Payment is required during registration

  • A 2.95% + $0.30 processing fee applies to all transactions

  • ❌ No cash, checks, or Zelle will be accepted

Payment must be completed before your swimmer can attend practice.

đź’¸ Registration Charges

Training Fees (per swimmer):

  • $130 – Senior

  • $120 – Junior

  • $105 – Gold

  • $80 – Silver

Team Registration Fee (per family):

  • $25 – Returning from Short Course

  • $50 – New families or Short Course only

USA Swimming Membership:

  • $83 – Premium/Year-Round

  • $50 – Seasonal (Season 1)

  • $5 – Outreach (contact Lee Ann Vega for eligibility)

đź“‹ Final Steps

  • Review all swimmer info and group selections

  • Click “Proceed to Checkout”

  • Click “Submit Registration” – You’ll receive a success confirmation!

đź’¬ Additional Notes

  • A $15 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balances after the 5th of each month

  • A $50 carry-over fee will be applied to unpaid balances at the end of the season

  • Swimmers are expected to participate in the full season

  • No concessions for late starts, early withdrawals, or absences (due to travel, illness, or other personal reasons) unless approved by the WETT Board

All required waivers and policies are included in the registration process. By registering, you agree to all WETT Swim Club and USA Swimming policies.
