Lucky Duck Swim School offers training and practice groups for swimmers ages 5 to 13. It is the goal of the Lucky Duck Pre-Competitive Swim Team to provide age-specific training for all our athletes. Our training is geared towards challenging each individual and developing their skills to the best of their ability.

Ducklings I

The primary focus of this group is to advance swimmers' stroke proficiency in freestyle and backstroke while nurturing their passion and enthusiasm for swimming. Swimmers are required to demonstrate proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, and diving independently to qualify for this group.

Ages: 5-9 years old

Workout Day/Time: Sundays, 1:00-1:30 pm (Subject to change at any time))

 

Ducklings II

This group is dedicated to the ongoing refinement of swimmers' stroke techniques in freestyle, backstroke, and introductory-level breaststroke. Swimmers are required to demonstrate the ability to dive in and swim 50 yards of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and dolphin kick independently in the pool.

Ducks

Our primary objective is to enhance swimmers' proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and introductory-level butterfly strokes while cultivating their competitive swimming aptitude. Participants are expected to demonstrate proficiency in diving and maintain continuous swimming capability in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
