Last Ditch! You may have heard all the ruckus about the "Last Ditch," as our Swimmers continue to chase after those seconds or miliseconds in hopes of securing a spot at next weekend's Winter Age Group Champs.
MPMR was busy this past weekend as we had many EXCITING races!!! A number of our Senior 1/2 swimmers participated in the Kevin B Perry Senior invitational meet, hosted by SCS and the La Mirada Armada team. While that was taking place, many of our MPMR swimmers were racing at the Downey Dolphins BRW meet.
It was a busy October! MPMR participated in the city of Monterey Park's Monster Mash event and it was a great turn out. A special thank you to the Isa Family, who built an amazing game for the TEAM to use--it brought quite a crowd to our booth! Despite a cold and sprinkling Saturday morning, our parent volunteers showed up to help package over 500 treat bags for our TEAM's Halloween event!
