Registration is now open to ALL for the 2025/26 Regular Season!

Please check back in the April May timeframe for details regarding our Summer 2026 Season.

 

Summer 2025

Registration for our Summer Season will be held in three phases as outlined below and as always will depend on availability.  Please note that the Summer Season is capped at 80 swimmers.

Registration for the 2025 Summer Season opens May 5th for members who swam with us for the 2024/2025 Regular Season (aka September 2024 - May 2025).

For New Members who are residents of Burlington, registration opens May 12th. 

Registration for all others open up on May 19th.

2025 Summer Season Swimming Fees, Times, Venues, etc

  • Registration entitles swimmers to 2 coached practices per week.
  • Swimmers will be assigned to lanes based on the swimmer’s abilities.  Lane assignments begin with Lane for beginners or slower swimmers to Lane 8 for more experienced competitive swimmers.  
  • Swimmers should avoid randomly moving between lanes.  Discussion and agreement with the Coach is best should you feel you need to move up or down a lane.
  • Registration will be capped at 80 swimmers.
  • All Registrants must be, or become, registered with Swim Ontario.
  • Registration for members who swam the 2024-25 Regular Season begins May 5th.
  • Registration for new members from Burlington begins May 12th.
  • Registration for all others begins May 19h.
  • For the time being, the Trial Membership option has been suspended.  Please check back later in the season as this can change.

Registration Fees:

Summer swimming (already SO registered) by e-transfer: $152.55
 
Summer swimming (already SO registered) by credit card: $158.20
 
Summer swimming (plus SO registration) by e-transfer: $203.93
 
Summer swimming (plus SO registration) by credit card: $211.48

IMPORTANT:  If paying by e-transfer, PLEASE click the "Check" tab in the "Pay & Finish" section of the registration otherwise your registration will go through via creditcard and you will be asked to pay the associated creditcard transaction fees.

  • June (Tuesdays/Thursdays) – 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 | 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • July (Tuesdays/Thursdays) – 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31 | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • August (Tuesdays/Thursdays) – 5, 7 | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • August (Tuesdays/Thursdays) – 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 | 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM

Administration

The Burlington Masters Swim Club Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation. The fees that are listed, pay for Coaching, Pool time, Insurance, Swim Ontario membership, and other operational costs. The Board of Directors, who administer the program, are unpaid volunteers and are only re-imbursed for expenses occured in running our programs.
