Gold 1 - Jason

The Gold 1 group includes the most dedicated and hard-working athletes on our team. They are highly committed swimmers, making strides towards Canadian time standards, higher-level competitions, and Provincial team selection. They swim 14 hours a week with additional dryland training.

Gold 2 - Jason

The Gold 2 group is for promising swimmers who have shown they have the strong work ethic and dedication required to be in Gold group, but are still working towards achieving the level of speed and performance required of Gold 1 swimmers. They swim 11 hours a week with additional dryland training.

Yellow - Abby

The Yellow group is for hard-working and committed athletes who are working towards achieving Provincial time standards. These swimmers have achieved an appropriate level of speed, technique, and experience with competing. They swim 9.5 hours a week with additional dryland training

White - Clara

The White groups are for younger swimmers who are ready to begin competing in the sport. These individuals have shown they have the appropriate ability and understanding of the 4 strokes, starts and turns, and the level of commitment required of a competitive swimmer. They swim 6.5 hours a week with additional dryland training.

Precompetitive Program:

Blue - Ella

The Blue group is for entry level swimmers with some swimming experience. They swim 3 hours a week.
