CPWD 2023-2024 FEE SCHEDULE (02.07.23version)

Swim Fees are mandatory registration fees to help cover the overall cost of delivering the swim program based on the swim group that swimmers are registered in. Swim fees are as outlined in the table below.

Insurance, SNC/Swim-Ontario and MSO(masters only) Fees are mandatory fees as outlined in the table below, based on age of swimmer and if competitive or not.  MSO fees are for Master swimmers only, as they will also be registered with Masters Swimming Ontario.

Mandatory Fundraising Fees will be billed to accounts on a team fundraising situational basis (as an example only: It might be decided that for a particular fundraising activity books of fundraising raffle tickets will be $10 and each family might be obligated to sell a minimum of 15 books. Accounts would then be charged $150 up-front as books of tickets are made available for distribution). There will be 2 mandatory fundraising events throughout the season (fall and winter), along with other optional fundraising opportunities.

The details of each situational team fundraising fee would be decided upon by Board of Directors vote at an executive meeting related to the decision for each fundraising activity, based upon consultation and advance notification with the membership. General executive meetings are always open to the entire membership to attend.

Swim-a-Thon will be a mandatory fundraising and team building event which will take place in the spring.  Swimmers will need to raise $300/swimmer and Junior Dragons (spring session only) $200/swimmer.  Any remaining amount not raised by a swimmer will be billed to individual accounts on June 1st.

Volunteer Fees (1 fee per family based upon the highest level registered competitive swimmer) as outlined in the table below, will be billed to all member accounts October 1.  There are many opportunities for earning volunteer points such as attending officiating training, helping with fundraising, fundraising contributions beyond minimums, helping on a committee, BOD etc... In general, 1 volunteer point equals one hour of your time or $10 value donated. For more information on volunteer fees and opportunities, please check the Handbook and the Volunteer Page on the cpwd.ca website.  For families who earn their volunteer commitment, the fee, charged October 1, will be refunded back as a credit on their CPWD membership account.

Meet Fees will be billed according to the meet package which stipulates the cost per event and entry fee per swimmer (varies per meet). Fees will be billed on the 1st of the month following the competition to inidivual swimmer accounts.

Coaching Meet Fees of $30 for local meets and $75 for away meets will be billed once per meet.  Fees will be billed on the 1st of the month following the competition to individual swimmer accounts.
