FUNDRAISING
 
Fundraising plays a vital role in keeping our club running and accessible to families. It helps cover operational costs such as pool rentals, coaching wages, and administrative fees without
having to raise registration fees.
 
MANDATORY FUNDRAISERS (one per session)
 
Each swim session includes a mandatory fundraising initiative:
  • One in the FALL/WINTER SESSION (SEPT-MARCH)

  • One in the SPRING SESSION (APRIL-JUNE/JULY)

 
What does “mandatory” mean?
Each session includes a mandatory fundraising fee, paid during registration. This is not a mandatory participation event, but rather a required fee that helps support club operations.
 
In return, families receive fundraising items (e.g., raffle tickets or cash calendars) that they can sell to recoup the cost of the fee if they choose to participate.
 
Families will have two weeks to collect their fundraising items. If items are not picked up within this timeframe, they will be forfeited and returned to the club’s general inventory for resale.
 
Please note: forfeiting your items does not result in a refund of the fundraising fee.
 
If extenuating circumstances arise, families are encouraged to contact their Group Rep within the two-week window to request alternate arrangements for pick up. While reps are happy to help where possible, they are not responsible for following up with individual families or coordinating distribution beyond the designated time frame.
 
Not planning to sell?
We understand that not all families choose to participate in the fundraiser. In those cases, the fundraising fee remains a paid cost that isn’t recovered by the family. However, since tickets are prepaid, most families choose to enter their names on the tickets to be eligible for prize draws.
 
OPTIONAL FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to our core fundraisers, we offer several optional ways to contribute throughout the
year:
  • Bottle drive
  • Fundscript Gift Card Program
  • Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
 
These initiatives are not mandatory, but we strongly encourage participation. Every dollar raised helps us continue to offer high-quality coaching and programs while keeping registration
fees low.
 
Corporate Sponsorship Program
If you or someone in your network is interested in sponsoring the club, we offer a structured sponsorship package.

We are always looking for extra hands to join the  Fundraising Committee; whether it’s contributing ideas, helping prepare tickets, tracking  sponsorships or helping us to continually improve and strengthen the fundraising program.
