We are pleased to be offering a "Para See Yourself Swimming Day" at McMaster University on Wednesday, May 29th from 5:30-7:00 PM.

This event is FREE! It will be lead by GHAC Coaches and Swimming Canada Staff.

All athletes under the age of 15 with a Visual, Intellectual, Physical Impairment that are "water-safe" are welcome to attend.

There will be an introduction to para swimming for all the athletes in the water. 

There will be an information session about para-swimming for parents and guardians.
