GHAC Swimmers Excel at Home Novice Meet and Ontario Junior International

Coach Colleen

GHAC had an exceptional weekend, with our athletes making impressive strides both at the Ontario Junior International (OJI) and at our home novice meet.

At the Ontario Junior International, four of our swimmers competed at this prestigious event, earning personal bests and several podium finishes, proving their hard work is paying off. These young swimmers are setting a high bar for the future of the team!

Meanwhile, at our largest home novice meet to date, GHAC hosted 7 teams and 332 swimmers, with an incredible 330 personal best times achieved by our swimmers! The energy and excitement were palpable as our athletes gave it their all, showing the results of their hard work in the pool. A major highlight of the meet was Sonia Yeutseyeva, who set an outstanding achievement by breaking 3 club records!

Additionally, four of our promising 12 & under swimmers took part in the OJI clinic at TPASC, gaining invaluable insights and experience to help propel their future successes.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make this weekend a success. Your tireless effort and support are vital to our events and the continued growth of GHAC.

Congratulations to all GHAC swimmers on their remarkable performances—your dedication continues to push the club to new heights!
