MASTERS SWIMMING & WATER POLO
Middlesex Masters is a FINA recognized Masters Team that is affiliated with Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO), Swim Ontario (SO), Swimming Canada (SNC), Ontario Water Polo (OWP), Water Polo Canada (WPC). We encourage adults to participate in the sport of swimming and water polo. Swimmers must be 16 years of age or older, all ability levels welcome.

What are the positions in water polo you may ask?
There are 7 positions in water polo: left wing, left driver, right wing, right driver, hole set, hole D, and goalie. During a match, players play both offense and defense, quickly transitioning between roles.
