Age Group 

Age Group swimmers have graduated from the 3 levels of Nova Tech and swim at Age Group Meets.

Swimmers iare divided into two groups: AA / AAA.

AAA Swimmers have achieved their Provincial times for their age in the past year and can swim at the designated Senior Meets throughout the season.

All other Age Group swimmers are considered AA swimmers.  All Age Group swimmers have the same hours and expectations at practise.
