Wilmot Aquatic Aces Community Dances

For Students in Grades 5–8

The Wilmot Aquatic Aces Swim Club is excited to host a series of community dances designed especially for students in Grades 5 through 8. These events have quickly become a favourite for local youth and an important fundraiser supporting our swim team.

Whether you're a student looking to dance the night away or a parent searching for a safe and supervised evening activity, our community dances offer the perfect solution.

What to Expect

Each dance features:

• A live DJ playing all the latest hits and favorite classics

• Pizza, snacks, and drinks available for purchase at our canteen

• A safe, inclusive, and chaperoned environment where students can hang out with friends and have fun

These events are open to all Grade 5–8 students from Wilmot Township and surrounding areas. No dance experience necessary—just come ready to have a good time!

New Hamburg Community Centre
251 Jacob Street, New Hamburg, ON

Dance Schedule: 2025–2026 School Year

Dances are typically scheduled on Thursday evenings before PD Days—a perfect opportunity for students to enjoy a late night out with no school the next morning!

First Dance of the year is Thursday October 9th!!!!!!

Admission & Fundraising

Admission Fee: $10 per student
Canteen Prices: Pizza slices, snacks, and drinks available at student-friendly prices

All proceeds from these dances go directly toward supporting the Wilmot Aquatic Aces Swim Club, helping to fund training programs, swim meets, and equipment for our athletes.

Safety & Supervision

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. Each dance is supervised by a team of swim parent volunteers.

Only students in Grades 5 to 8 are permitted to attend. Parents are welcome to help their student check in, but these events are designed as drop-off experiences.
