Mendocino Coast Sea Dragons

Fort Bragg 2025 is in the books.  Another great weekend was had by all.  Swimming their hearts out on Saturday was Karoline, JJ, Caroline, and Sophie.  Which made a really fun Medley Relay.  Karolina even tried a 200 Free for the first time and looked great.  And though she wasn't thrilled to do the 50 Fly, Caroline dropped 6 seconds.  Sophie also dropped 6 almost 7 seconds on her 50 Fly.  A huge drop for 50 yards.  JJ had a great 50 Fly & 50 back.  Axel joined us that night for a team dinner and the swimmers got to run around and hang out outside of the water.  On Sunday, all 5 of them swam fast again.  The Free Relay with JJ, Caroline, Karolina, and Axel got second place in the 10 Under boys event....it was a fun relay to watch.  Both JJ & Sophie had big drops in their 100 free with 9 seconds for Sophie and 5 seconds for JJ.
