Billing

We use the Team Unify / On Deck / GoMotion platform to manage all of our billing online. You must create an online account to register for Rocket Fish Swimming. All charges for monthly dues, swim meets, team gear or other accrued charges will post to your account throughout the month and will automatically charge to your card on the first of every month. You will receive an invoice from Swim Focus each month before charges post to your CC.

Monthly Dues

  • A Group (Competition Team) - $180/month
  • B1 Group (Junior Competition) - $165/month
  • B2 Group (Stroke Development) - $165/month (typically March through October)
  • C Group (Learn-to-Swim) - $160/month (typically March through October)

You can join our program at any time and we can pro-rate your monthly dues.  In general, if an athlete enters the program on the 1st–15th of the month, full dues will be charged however if an athlete enters the program on the 16–31st of the month, half dues will be charged. There are no refunds or pro-rating for months that are not “used” unless a medical emergency has occurred within the first two weeks of the month and immediate notice has been given.

Discounts

  • Multi-swimmer discounts (7% to 10%), depending on number of athletes

Note: Be sure to register all siblings in one registration session to receive the discount.

USA Swimming Membership

A USA Swimming Membership is required to participate in Rocket Fish.  You can learn more at www.usaswimming.org but please wait to register until you receive a request from us, after your registration has been confirmed.  You will need to complete this enrollment before your child's first day of swim.  The following options are available:

  • PREMIUM: Annual membership (unlimited meets)
  • SEASONAL: Spring through Summer membership (unlimited meets)
  • FLEX: Annual membership for swimmers under 12 (2 meets per calendar year)

Additional Fees

A Family fee is charged every year (or every summer) per family (no per swimmer):

  • Year-round: $150
  • Summer-only: $75

Custom Silicone Swim Caps

  • We have moved away from latex swim caps and towards heavy duty, silicone swim caps customized with your swimmer's name
  • Orders will be placed for new swimmers at the beginning of each "season" unless you opt-out
  • Replacements can be ordered at the beginning of each "season" upon request
  • 2 caps for $32 (price subject to change based on vendor pricing) will be billed to your account once ordered placed

Equipment & Apparrel

  • A Team Suit is required
  • Equipment is needed based on your swimmer's Group/Level

Swim Meet Fees

  • Entries: $5-$7 per event (set by meet host)
  • Swimmer Surcharge: $10-$15 (set by meet host)
  • Coaching fee ranging from $15–$20

Note: Once your swim meet meet entry is approved, there are no changes or refunds. No-show or scratched events are not refunded.

Program Exit

If you would like to exit the Rocket Fish program you may cancel at anytime by writing to us at [email protected] within 10 days of your last intended day (or by the 20th day of your last month swimming)
