The San Francisco Serpents are a USA Swim Zone 3 team. We are in the heart of San Francisco, practicing out of the Sava Pool - an indoor facility. The team practices year round. We currently are a non competitive program

San Francisco Serpents is an age group team which means swimmers can start as soon as they reached level 5 American Red Cross Learn to Swim (or equivalent) and swim until they graduate High School.

The fundamental philosophy embodied by the team and the coaching staff is that hard work, repetition, and attention to technique forges a continuous growth in mental and physical capabilities.

Practice Schedule

Our team practice is held from 5:30pm- 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays except Holidays and any pool closures.

During the high school season the pool is shared with local high schools and our practice schedule is adjusted to accommodate from February to April.
