WE NEED YOUR HELP!
CAST hosts 2-3 meets per season. This weekend we are hosting a meet that has just a small amount of our swimmers competing.
First of all, if you have swimmers in the meet, you need to sign up to help - the jobs are easy, but the meet cannot run without your help.
Second - we need some families who don't have any swimmers in the meet to step up and help us out. If your swimmers or their siblings or friends need "service hours" for school or scouts, I am happy to sign off their hours for their service hours. The meet is at Granite Hills HS - The job signup links are on the meets section of the home page next to the commitment buttons. Just click on job signup button to see what jobs are available.
Practice for AG SD and SR swimmers who are not in the meet on Saturday is at Granite Hills 6:20 - 7:40 AM (If you bring your swimmers to this practice - you can help us out with meet prep while they're swimming.)
